    Select People Solutions is excited to partner with our client in Taber in their search for an Office Manager. This individual will take the lead in managing day-to-day administrative functions, supporting staff, and ensuring operations run efficiently and effectively.     Compensation & Hours:
    •    The rate of pay will depend on experience
    •    This is a full-time and permanent position
    •    This position is based in Taber so candidates must be in the area or have reliable transportation.

    Position Summary:
    •    Organize and facilitate meetings, record minutes, and track follow-ups
    •    Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and internal communications
    •    Manage calendars and scheduling priorities for leadership and staff
    •    Plan and coordinate office events such as team gatherings or holiday parties
    •    Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
    •    Maintain office inventory and supply levels

    Required Qualifications:
    •    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    •    Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, online meeting platforms, etc.)
    •    Previous experience in office management or senior administrative positions
    •    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
