Health and Safety Manager

Our client is looking for a confident Health & Safety leader to take ownership of a multi-site safety program. If you’re passionate about building relationships, navigating complex systems, and standing firm on what works, this is your opportunity to make a real impact at scale.

• The rate of pay will be $70-80K/year based on experience
• Monday-Friday, based in Lethbridge – travel between sites will be required

• Oversee and maintain a compliant COR-certified safety management system
• Prepare for and lead safety audits
• Ensure compliance across a large number of worksites
• Build strong internal relationships to champion safe practices
• Push back and advocate for system changes that serve the organization
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and system-wide improvements
• Update and maintain policies and procedures regarding company safety measures

• COR certified Internal auditor
• 4+ years of experience managing COR safety systems, including audits and compliance regulations
• Experience working through OH&S complaints and investigations
• Strong communication and relationship building skills – candidates must be strong communicators both written and verbally
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle

• Experience working with WCB claims
