Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our clients reputable construction team working across commercial and industrial projects. If you take pride in quality workmanship, can move seamlessly through tasks on site, and enjoy working with a high-functioning crew, we want to hear from you.

• The rate of pay will be $30-$40/hr. based on experience
• Monday-Friday with some weekends
• Some out of town projects will be required

• Perform framing, formwork, doors, hardware, and finishing tasks
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to keep projects moving
• Install, assemble, and repair structures and fixtures to code
• Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying sub-flooring, and installing walls and roofing systems.
• Interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in accordance with site and safety policies

• Journeyman Carpenter certification

• 3+ years of experience in construction
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and site drawings
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Clean drivers abstract and valid drivers license

• Experience working on commercial construction sites
