Customer Experience & Accounts Specialist
Select People Solutions is thrilled to partner with our client in the search for a detail-oriented Customer Experience & Accounts Specialist. In this role, you’ll combine your expertise in account reconciliation with your ability to deliver outstanding customer support. The ideal candidate is analytical, driven, and confident using accounting software while assisting clients with their account needs. Compensation & Hours:
• Salary range: $48,000 – $52,000 per year, based on experience
• Full-time, permanent
• Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (one-hour lunch, off statutory holidays)
Position Summary:- Process accounts receivable, including payments, invoices, deposits, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and monitor accounts for errors, delays, or non-payments
- Resolve customer inquiries and incident reports with professionalism via phone/email
- Provide backup support for payroll as needed
- 1+ year of AR or related experience
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks Online)
- Strong math, organizational, and customer service skills
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and account analysis
