    Select People Solutions is looking for a Service Manager to join our clients team. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of service for clients and mentoring our team of technicians.     Compensation & Hours: 
    • The rate of pay is expected to be $85K-95K/year +Profit sharing
    • Monday-Friday
     
    Position Summary: 
    • Leading and mentoring service staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
    • Monitoring customer feedback and resolving complaints with care and urgency
    • Managing scheduling, task assignments, and facility maintenance
    • Coordinating warranty work with manufacturers and third-party vendors
    • Tracking technician KPIs and setting weekly performance goals
    • Overseeing invoicing, scheduling, and technician time verification
    • Working with Parts and Sales teams to support full-cycle service delivery
     
    Required Qualifications: 
    • 5+ years in a Service Lead or Management role 
    • Background certification in maintenance, welding, mechanics, or related
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with other staff and customers
    • Strong focus on team relationships, service, and performance
    • Positive and driven attitude
