Senior Land Administrator

Select People Solutions is looking for a Senior Land Administrator to join our clients engaged and positive team. The successful candidate will oversee the administration of land contracts, agreements, and related records, while monitoring quality standards to support regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys working with both documentation and process oversight, and who can balance precision with problem-solving.

• The expected salary is $70,000/year, subject to experience
• Monday-Friday, business hours

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of land administration records, agreements, and contracts
• Conduct detailed quality control reviews of documentation
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or compliance risks and ensure timely resolution
• Develop, implement, and monitor land administration policies, procedures, and best practices
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to junior land administrators
• Collaborate with internal teams, landowners/clients, and external partners to maintain efficient and compliant land management processes

• 5+ years of progressive experience as a paralegal, legal administrator, or compliance coordinator
• Post secondary education
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyze and interpret survey plans, agreements, title search, etc.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

• In depth knowledge of land management practices, regulations, and industry standards
