Marketing Coordinator

Select is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our clients team. Successful candidates will be pros at developing marketing materials and working to drive organizational projects to success. • The rate of pay is expected to be $52-$55K/year based on experience
• Monday-Friday

• Develop and complete marketing campaigns for the company and specific projects
• Manage company website, social media accounts, content creation, and content campaigns
• Uphold consistent brand identity through all marketing materials
• Assist with community events, show home openings, and other collaborative opportunities
• Work with the sales team to create marketing materials and campaigns based on recent trends, community development, and past sales
• Oversee all photography and video production
• Track campaign performance and report on return of investments

• 2+ years experience in marketing or other project coordination
• 2+ years experience working with graphic design and social media programs (Wix, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Tiktok, Metaview)
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized, including the ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks at once
• Strong attention to detail

• Post Secondary Education in marketing, communications, or related

• Experience in real estate
