Inventory and Admin Coordinator
Posted: 11/10/2025Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our client in their search for an Inventory and Admin Coordinator. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys supporting warehouse operations and ensuring smooth, organized administrative processes.

Compensation & Hours:- The rate of pay will be $19–$21/hr, depending on experience.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, temporary position.
Position Summary:- Assist with daily administrative and inventory coordination tasks, including data entry, stock tracking, and order processing
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries
- Support parts counter sales and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication between departments
- Keep office and warehouse documentation organized and current
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team
Required Qualifications:- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and standard office software
Bonus Points For:- Forklift experience or certification
- Lean certification
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
