Dispatcher

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules, assign resources, and support field staff or drivers to ensure timely and efficient operations. • The rate of pay will be $22 - 25/hr, based on experience
• This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position
• Occasional overtime/weekends may apply

• Coordinating daily schedules
• Communicating with drivers or field teams and problem solve
• Ensuring timely service delivery
• Support warehouse coordination efficiently
• Managing logistics and handling real-time changes in a fast-moving environment

• Comfortable using computers and dispatching software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Capable of working effectively within a team environment

• Previous dispatch or logistics experience
• Experience using GPS or routing tools
