    As the Quality Manager you’ll play a critical role ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction through world-class quality practices.     Position Summary: 
    • Lead program quality efforts within integrated management teams
    • Oversee quality compliance across manufacturing lifecycle stages
    • Foster engagement and ownership of quality at every level
    • Participate in root cause investigations, escape management, and implementation of corrective actions
    • Provide leadership in the development and launch of new products, processes, and services
    • Support audits and ensure compliance from TCCA, FAA, and AS9100 certification bodies
    • Analyze Key Quality Indicators (e.g., Cost of Poor Quality, product escapes)
    • Recommend action plans to address performance gaps and drive results
    • Oversee training related to quality systems and stamp qualifications
    • Ensure team members meet certification and regulatory requirements
    • Work closely with teams to analyze and resolve nonconformities
    • Identify and implement opportunities for product and process improvement
    • Detail-focused leader who protects the integrity of systems and workflows, while fostering growth and alignment across teams.
    • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage non-conformance trends and quality improvements.
     
    Required Qualifications: 
    • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of people management experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
    • This role requires a strategic balance of driving operational efficiency while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
    • Strong working knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action techniques.
    • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to senior leadership
    • Deep understanding of data analysis, process control, and metrics.
    • Background in aerospace or manufacturing/assembly environments
     
    Bonus Points:
    • Masters Degree in Engineering or Industrial Management
    • Experience in aerospace quality assurance
    • Bilingual (in French and English)
