Customer Service Representative

We are assisting our busy construction client in their search for an energetic and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join their team. • The rate of pay will be $22-23/hr.
• This is a full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday, daytime hours

• Editing correspondence and documents
• Creating and maintaining accurate client files
• Ensuring proper follow-up is completed on items arising from meetings and conversations
• Assisting clients with project design coordination and material needs via phone, email, or in-person
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about products; features, benefits, prices, and as solutions to problems
• Collaborating with team to develop and implement customer relation initiatives
• Holding safety, efficiency, and effectiveness at the highest regard

• 2+ years of previous administrative, customer service, or related experience
• Highly adaptable, organized, detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with client files at a large volume, accurately
• The capacity to learn a variety of in-house programs and software
• High energy with strong communication skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
• Strong professional image, high level of integrity and self-confidence
• Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines

• A passion for problem solving

• Must be competent in MS Office Suite

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or administration
• Construction background
