• Parts Administrator

    Select is pleased to be working with our client as they search for a detail-oriented Parts Administrator to support their parts and inventory operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with systems and documentation.

    Compensation & Hours:
    • The rate of pay will be $20–$25/hr, depending on experience
    • Full-time, temporary position
    • Monday to Friday, standard business hours
     
    Position Summary:
    • Assist with data entry, and record maintenance
    • Process parts orders, invoices, and related documentation
    • Support inventory tracking and updates within internal systems
    • Coordinate with the team to ensure parts availability and accuracy
    • Respond to inquiries related to parts orders and status
    • Processing digital orders
    • Support day-to-day administrative functions within the parts department
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in an administrative or parts-related role
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Comfortable working with computers, databases, and inventory or ERP systems
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
    • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
     
    Bonus Points For:
    • Experience or familiarity with parts, inventory, or warehouse administration
    • Familiarity with billing and invoicing
