    Select People Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to manage candidate sourcing, screening and onboarding in a fast-paced environment. This role serves a key point of contact for candidates and clients while providing administrative and recruitment support across active placements.

    Compensation & Hours:
    • The rate of pay will be $40 - $50K/year
    • Monday through Friday
     
    Position Summary:
    • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and maintaining recruitment and employee records
    • Provide support for employee inquiries while supporting employee relations, attendance tracking, HR documentation, and confidential record management in a unionized environment
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, HR tracking, and coordination of orientations and workplace initiatives
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • Post secondary education or relevant experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience with HR, recruitment or administration
    • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and HR databases
     
    Bonus Points For:
    • Experience in manufacturing or construction
    • Experience with unionized environments
