Marketing Assistant

Select is pleased to be working with our client as they search for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support marketing and communications initiatives. This fully remote role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys collaboration, content coordination, and supporting campaigns that drive business growth.

• The rate of pay will be $22-24, depending on experience
• Full time, temporary position
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:00pm

• Support the delivery of internal and external marketing and communications activities
• Assist with executing marketing strategies and tactical initiatives across multiple channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is aligned and integrated
• Help coordinate communications that support product awareness and sales efforts
• Contribute to content development, campaign support, and day-to-day marketing operations
• Work closely with marketing leadership and team members to support ongoing projects

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications
• Experience supporting public relations or external communications activities
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a virtual team

• Experience supporting integrated marketing or brand campaigns
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools or content platforms
• Interest or background in agriculture or related industries
