Parts Counter Salesperson

Do you know your way around an equipment manual? Love solving problems and helping people get what they need to keep things moving? We’re looking for a Parts Counter Salesperson to be the go-to expert for customers in need of parts, service, and good advice.

• The rate of pay will be $20 - $28/hr., depending on experience
• This is a full-time and permanent position

• Helping walk-in and phone-in customers find the right parts quickly and accurately
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable service that keeps people coming back
• Coordinating orders, checking inventory, and making sure shelves are stocked and organized
• Supporting the service team by sourcing parts and tracking shipments
• Keeping up with product knowledge (you’ll become a bit of a parts detective)

• Experience in parts, mechanical, or equipment sales is a big plus
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Must have reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable with computers, inventory systems, and a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with agricultural, construction, or industrial equipment
