Production Supervisor

Select People Solutions is working with our manufacturing client in their search for a Production Supervisor. If you are an efficient leader who is passionate about helping develop a team and meet production targets – we want to hear from you!
 
Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $70K-$80K/year based on experience
• Monday to Friday, Day shift

• Coaching and motivating production staff with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach; intentional mentorship
• Manage the sorting, receiving, and shipping of products/inventory
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives regarding safety, quality, costs, and customer service
• Meeting targets while operating within budget by monitoring inventories, equipment, and processes
• Ensuring resources/supplies are available as needed to maintain schedules
• Technical aptitude to identify, report, troubleshoot, and correct faults
• Data collection and reporting

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within a production environment
• Highly motivated to work with people; exceptional communication capabilities
• Safety focus at all times
• Superior time management skills

• Post-secondary Education in Management, Supply Chain, or related
• Lean Certification
