The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the facility. Overseeing a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards of quality.     Compensation & Hours:
    • The salary will be $90K-$100K based on experience
     
    Position Summary:
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
    • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed customer expectations
    • Developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability
    • Monitoring key performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve business objectives
    • Fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
    • Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives
    • Preparing timely and accurate project estimates/quotes to customers
    • Sourcing and pricing of materials for quotes and work orders
    • Leading and motivating a team of technicians and support staff to achieve performance goals and objectives
    • Managing daily operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation, to ensure timely completion of repairs
    • Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety standards
     
    Required Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience in a management role in the equipment repair or fabrication industry
    • Proven track record of leadership, team building, and performance management
    • Ability to work on shop floor to expediate work when needed
    • Strong technical knowledge of equipment repair and fabrication processes and procedures
    • Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Hands on approach to leadership – willingness to get involved
    • Ability to manage conflicts at the customer, employee, and management level
    • Understanding of required deliverables; setting, monitoring, and fulfilling
