Administrative Assistant
Providing Support to a Mortgage Associate
Responsibilities:- Documentation Collection: Follow up with Clients to gather necessary documents, such as income statements, bank statements, asset information, and employment records.
- Data Entry and Verification: Input client data accurately into the loan processing software and verify the information for completeness and accuracy to prevent discrepancies.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients to answer questions and assist with paperwork, ensuring a smooth and timely process for the client.
- File Management: Organize and maintain files ensuring all supporting documentation is properly validated and stored according to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:- Detail Orientated and Organized
- Proficiency and Accuracy in Documentation Collection and Data Entry
- Professional, Friendly and Clear with Client Communication
- Prioritizing tasks and Time management in a Busy Work Environment
- Strong Computer and Keyboarding Skills including with knowledge of Google Docs and ability to learn Industry Specific Software
We Offer:- 40 Hour Work Week; Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm
- $42 – 45K annually based on experience
