Pump Operator

Select People Solutions is looking for a pump operator in the Lethbridge area. You will be responsible for operating concrete pumping equipment safely across different job sites. Successful candidates will be mechanically inclined and able to maintain their equipment.
 
Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $23-25/hr.
• Based in Lethbridge, AB

• Operate and maintain truck-mounted concrete pump
• Set up equipment on-site, ensuring safety and stability – regardless of site access
• Pump concrete to designated areas with accuracy
• Perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance
• Communicate clearly with site supervisors and crew
• Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures

• 2+ years experience working with concrete pumping equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
• Safety focused mindset – ensuring safety is at the forefront while on site
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in teams and independently
• Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot on the go

• Experience using Schwing line pumps
