Production Technician

Select People Solutions is hiring Production Technician on behalf of our agricultural client. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in hands-on, fast-paced work environments.

• The rate of pay will be $20 - $23/hr.
• Full-time, 40 hours/ week with opportunities for overtime
• Might involve rotating shifts

•  Perform conditioning activities such as cleaning, sizing, treating, packaging, palletizing, wrapping, and sampling
• Assist with shipping, receiving, warehousing, and interplant movement
• Safely operate forklifts to handle bulk and bagged product
• Carry out general repair tasks and minor preventative maintenance as directed
•  Manage inventory, rework, and documentation across production areas
• Ensure compliance with Work Instructions and the facility Quality Plan
• Complete accurate records related to safety, quality, production, inventory, and grower reporting
•  Maintain clean, organized work areas and support a safe workplace culture

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with dependable transportation
• Steel-toe boots and work gloves required
• Strong focus on safety and keen attention to detail
• Positive, adaptable attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using computers for data entry and tracking
• High School Diploma
• Reliable attendance history
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

• Valid forklift ticket
• Knowledge of Production Agriculture
• Experience in seed cleaning/ Handling, warehouse work, agriculture, manufacturing or industrial environments
