• Office Manager: Plastic Surgery Clinic

    Responsibilities:
     

    • Lead, Support and Oversee the Service Providers to ensure that each Client Receives an Exceptional and Personalized Client Experience
    • Manage Client Inquiries, Oversee the Scheduling of Appointments, and Resolve any Client Concerns to maintain a High Standard of Client Satisfaction 
    • Lead Daily Team Meetings to update the Team and Discuss the Plan for the Day
    • Oversee all aspects of Clinic Operations: Step in where needed and be the ‘Go To’ for the Staff to maintain a Smooth Flow of Services
    • Schedule and Oversee ‘Downtime Tasks’ to promote Efficient Workflow and High Team Morale
    • Manage Services and Assist with Activities to Drive Revenue 
    • Maintain a Clean, Organized, and Aesthetically Pleasing Clinic Environment
    • HR Responsibilities:  Onboarding, Training, Performance Management
    • Other Administrative and Operational Tasks, as required 
     
    Requirements:
     
    • Previous experience in the management of a professional office in a client- or patient-facing capacity (such as a law firm, dental practice, plastic surgery clinic, dermatology practice, or comparable professional or healthcare setting)
    • Discretion, Sensitivity and Confidentiality in dealing with Client Information
    • Customer Service and Teamwork Focused with Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
    • A Passion for the Industry and Excitement for the Positive Impact our Services bring to our Clients
    • Excellent Communication and Relationship Developing Skills
    • Self-Motivated with a Strong Work Ethic
    • Professional and Positive Attitude on the phone and in-person
    • Strong Organizational, Adaptable, Task-management and Problem-solving Skills
    • Supervisory Experience and Ability to Lead and Motivate a Team
    • Strong Computer Skills and Familiarity with Scheduling Software
