    Office Manager
    Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and daily administrative functions of Royal LePage South Country.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Financial Management & Accounting
    • Close Real Estate Transactions and Accurately Calculate and Disburse Commission Payments to Agents
    • Prepare Cheques to Lawyers with excess Deposit Amounts
    • Manage AR/AP, Daily Banking, Month End Procedures
    • Prepare and Remit Government Payments: including Corporate Income Tax, Source Deductions, GST Remittances, and other Statutory Obligations
    • Payroll & Realtors Commission Cheques
    • Operational Oversight
    • Assist the Owner with daily Operational Management
    • Oversee front-end Office Operations and Ensure tasks are Completed Accurately and On Time
    • Hire, Train, and Manage Front-end Administrative Staff
    • Ensure Consistent Workflow Efficiency and Policy Compliance
    • Agent & Staff Support
    • Manage Onboarding Paperwork and Compliance Documentation for new Realtors
    • Train New Staff and Support Agents as they Integrate into the Brokerage Environment
    • Provide ongoing Administrative and Operational Support to Agents
    • Assist with Marketing Materials, Videos and Social Media Posts
    • Franchise & Compliance Administration
    • Handle and Communicate Franchise-Related information with Royal LePage Office
     
    Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Payroll Administration
    • Familiarity with Government Remittances and Tax Reporting Requirements
    • Leadership and Staff Management Experience
    • Excellent Organizational, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
    • High Attention to Detail and the Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities
    • Motivated with a Willingness to Jump in wherever Needed
     
    We Offer:
    • Monday – Friday:  8 am – 4pm (35 hour work week)
    • $25-$26 / Hour
