    Office Administrator
     
    Responsibilities:

    • Answer Telephones, Take Messages and Reply to Daily Emails
    • Accurately Enter Data into Accounting and Order Systems
    • Process Payments 
    • A/P, A/R, Bookkeeping, Payroll
    • Maintain a Clean & Organized Front Reception Area
    • Other Administrative tasks, as required
     
    Requirements:
    • Proactive and Self-Motivated
    • Knowledge of Accounting Practices
    • Ability to Work Independently and with a Team
    • Attention to Detail and Ability to Multi-Task
    • Positive Attitude with Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent Computer Competency
    • Exceptional written and Verbal Communication
     
    We Offer:
    • $25-$27/hour based on experience
    • Employer paid Comprehensive Benefits Package
    • Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
