• The rate of pay will be $23 - $25hr.
• This is a full-time and permanent position
• Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

• Assisting carpenters with framing, forming, and general construction tasks
• Using hand and power tools on-site
• Supporting project timelines with reliable, quality work
• Learning the trade hands-on!
• Loading and unloading materials
• Light duty cleaning
• Removing hazards from the job sites (picking up garbage, pulling weeds, shoveling)

• 3+ years of previous experience in construction (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can match the energy and efficiency of a high-performing crew 
• Must have valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation to get to worksite; willing to travel outside of Lethbridge (within ~30 minutes of the city)
• Interested in becoming a certified carpenter and completing an apprenticeship
• Ability to pass a drug test, as some contracts the company has have random drug screening
• PPE required: steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, and hi-vis vest
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude
• Exemplary attendance record
• Can safely lift up to 50 pounds
