Arborist
 
We are looking for a certified and/or experienced Arborist to join our team in a Leadership Role.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Lead and Supervise a crew in all Aspects of Tree Care Operations: Including Pruning, Removals, Planting, and Maintenance
• Ensure all work is Performed Safely and in Compliance with Industry Standards and Company Policies
• Operate and Oversee the use of Equipment such as Chainsaws, Chippers, Aerial lifts, and Rigging systems
• Train and Mentor Crew Members to improve Skills and Performance
• Communicate Effectively with Clients and Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Conduct Job Site Assessments and Plan Daily Work Activities
• Maintain Accurate Records of Work Performed and Report to Management

 
Requirements:
 

• ISA Certified or Relevant Experience
• Leadership Ability with a Positive Attitude
• Experience Driving and Operating a Bucket Truck, Chipper, Skid Steer and Chain Saws
• Mechanically Inclined with ability to Troubleshoot Equipment Issues
• Physically Capable of Lifting 50 lbs
• Class 5 Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
• High Attention to Detail and Quality of Work
• Team Player with ability to Maintain Composure under Stressful situations
• Professional Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Self Motivated, Organized and Reliable
