Join us for the State of the Industry event highlighting Education.

Using a SWOT analysis format, our panelists will discuss and analyze the connections between, Graduate Retention & Work Integrated Learning programs. By understanding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) facing our community, attendees will gain valuable insights to inform strategic planning in their own businesses. This event aims to provide a fact-based and unbiased analysis of the current state of the industry, with a specific focus on the real-life contexts faced in our community.

We are privileged to have a lineup of panelists who will share their expertise and insights. Charles McArthur will present a recap of the recently released Southwest Alberta Grad Retention Strategy, providing key insights into this important initiative. Following Charles' presentation, our panelists – Kristen DeMone & Jaclyn Doherty from the Lethbridge College, Roy Weasel Fat & Calvin Williams from Red Crow College, and Mark Slomp and Stacey Gaudette-Sharp from the University of Lethbridge, will participate in a structured conversation, addressing questions with a SWOT focus.
