              Asha Rao Headshot
              Professor Asha Rao is a renowned Professor of Mathematics and former Associate Dean of Mathematical Sciences at RMIT University in Australia. A recipient of numerous awards including the 2021 India Australia Science & Development Award and named a Superstar of STEM, she has over two decades of expertise in cyber security, focusing on risk management, governance and compliance. Her research involves applying mathematical tools to tackle cyber problems and designing solutions for secure communications and data protection.
