With funding from Natural Resources Canada, SouthGrow is close to $2 million in rebates for the installation of EV charging infrastructure in southern Alberta and this funding is available for businesses, institutions, or municipalities. 

The SouthGrow Electric Vehicle Charging Program, in partnership with Alberta Municipalities, supports businesses and other organizations installing new EV charging stations for public and/or fleet use. Our team can help guide you to purchase the right charging station for your needs.

What’s more, up to 46% of the costs of purchasing and installing a new charging station can be rebated. This represents a savings of:Up to $5,000 for each Level 2 Charger (provides a full charge over several hours)

• Up to $5,000 for each Level 2 Charger (provides a full charge over several hours)
• Up to $75,000 for each Fast Charger (provides a full charge in 30 minutes)
• ​Almost $2 million is available on a first-come first-served basis. Apply as soon as possible to secure your charging stations
