She will share her enthusiasm about the impact of volunteerism.
Chelsea oversees a volunteer program department that includes over 400 active volunteers. One of the programs she is involved with is Meals on Wheels. She sees the impact of it on a daily basis. Chelsea has volunteered for over 20 community agencies and believes the best way to learn about building community is by being hands-on.
She will share stats & experiences regarding corporate volunteers.
In Diana’s 40+ years of not-for-profit experience, she has learned that volunteerism opens up a universe of opportunities to make an impact. One such opportunity is Project Paintbrush. Diana has a keen interest in engaging individuals in volunteer experiences that provide opportunities to impact change for the person, the organization served and the community.

Why volunteer as a company? Karly has gained great insight!
Avail’s core values of “truly caring about our people, our clients, and our communities” through intentional community support decisions is an area that guides Karly’s work.
