Snow Removal Workers

We are seeking multiple individuals to assist our clients in the Lethbridge area with Snow Removal Assistance. This position is temporary but may lead to ongoing or full-time work, and the shifts range from 4-8 hours primarily in the downtown area, north side, and the west side of Lethbridge. Shovels and Equipment will be provided, but this position requires warm winter gear, proper footwear, and the ability to get to and from site (we will do our best to assign you to a site that is closest to you, if transportation is an issue)

Job Summary:

• Assisting with snow removal for both residential and commercial locations
• Checking ice conditions and applying necessary de-icing materials
• Removal of debris to ensure there are no extra safety hazards
• Following instructions of the supervisor
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are used safely and put away properly

• Warm winter gear (steel toe boots, safety vest, gloves, hat, eye protection)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to physically stand, bend and lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in the cold and changing weather conditions
• Following all Health & Safety protocols and wearing the required PPE
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License & reliable transportation is an asset, but not required
• Reliable, hardworking, team player attitude
