• The expected salary will be $65K - $80K + bonus, based on experience
• This is a full-time, permanent position
• Some travel will be required

• Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, acting as a liaison between the company and tenants
• Coordinating general operations, maintenance, security, and projects
• Performing property inspections and developing relationships with tenants to allow for implementation of tenant retention plans
• Developing budgets for capital needs and expenses to meet cash flow requirements and analyzing monthly financial statements
• Performing full-cycle tenant management, administering leases, vacancy reports maintenance needs, and document management
• Ensuring company compliance with insurance, renewals, invoicing, and service orders
• Improving property performance through creating a variety of investment plans

• 5+ years experience in commercial property management
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict management
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines and responsibilities are met
• A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and complete a credit check

• Certification/License in property management
• Previous experience with property management softwares
