Cleaning Associate

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and disinfecting surface areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, desks, and conference rooms
• Assisting with unloading/loading of items, furniture, and boxes
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
• Assisting with organizing
• Removing debris & trash as necessary
• Making beds, washing, and changing linens
• Cleaning and scrubbing windows, dusting surfaces
• Responding to client requests as needed

• At least 1-3 years’ cleaning or janitorial experience
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License & reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule to assist on weekends if need be
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Organizational skills to keep rooms and storage closets clean and organized
• Communication skills to take direction and work alongside other employees
• Attention to detail to perform a thorough job
• Adaptability and flexibility to focus on whatever task is most important at any given time
• Ability to complete physically demanding tasks
• Integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness to be left to work independently
