Site Supervisor

We are working with a Lethbridge based construction company to find a Site Supervisor. Their ideal candidate will be a high-capacity, quick thinking, and action-oriented individual that prides themselves in ensuring the big picture comes together seamlessly. Successful candidates will be overseeing sites and crews, watching buildings and projects soar to completion.
 
Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $80K-$110K/year

• Streamlining site operations through effective timeline communication, crew delegation, and contractor management
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees
• Troubleshooting issues and problems on site, working with crews and management to quickly and effectively resolve concerns
• Ensuring that financial costs are well managed and reported accurately
• Reviewing and implementing approved drawings
• Ordering materials, communicating site needs to management
• Reporting on project progression
• Creating manuals for operations and maintenance

• 5+ years of previous experience in a construction management role
• Strong leadership skills, experience leading and working with a crew
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret contracts (AutoCAD would be an asset)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Commercial, industrial, and agriculture experience
• Travel to site on an as-needed basis

• Post secondary education in carpentry or other trade
• CET
