• The expected salary is $100,000 - $130,000 a year based on experience 

• Monday-Friday, approximately 40hrs a week 

• Oversee and drive all company financials, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting 

• Determine strategies that align with company vision and targets, including long and short term business goals 

• Implement strategic and data-driven recommendations after presenting and gaining support of the management team 

• Complete forecasting and projections for the company across departments 

• Manage cash flow, debt, and capital  

• Ensure compliance with all government, internal, and accounting standards 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, auditors, insurance providers, and other stakeholders 

• Bachelors in accounting, finance, or another business-related degree is required 

• 5+ years of experience in a controller, finance manager, or CFO role 

• Previous experience in overseeing a team of direct reports 

• Strong problem solving and strategic planning skills 

• Ability to read and interpret business plans, financial reporting, and complete projections 

• Certification as a CPA, CA, or related 

• Construction industry experience
