Construction Project Manager

Select is looking to build our pools of Project Managers in the Lethbridge area. If you are an expert in your field, we can be the link between your resume and the right people. Ideal candidates will be individuals that thrive on big picture planning and can analyze current contracts and project schedules.

• The rate of pay is estimated to be between $100 -110K/yr.

• Establishing project schedules that include milestones, impacts, and critical pathways/deadlines
• Ensuring that financial costs are well-managed and reported accurately
• Assessing quantity, material, and labour needs from drawings & specifications
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, consultants, and stakeholders
• Analyzing projects for risks, opportunities, and missing information; forming a mitigation plan
• Ensuring safety standards are always top priority
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with service providers, project owners, and investors

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Capable of making decisions, with a ‘hands-on’ approach to enacting plans and project schedules
• Strong planning and critical thinking skills

• Post-secondary education in management, supply chain, or business
