Heavy Duty Mechanic

Our client, a local company, is looking to find a Heavy Duty Mechanic to join their team. This role will have a mix of hands-on mechanic work and maintenance program management. If you are looking for a role that gives you diversity and new challenges everyday – we want to hear from you!
 
Compensation & Hours:

• This will be a full-time, permanent position
• Monday-Friday (7:30am – 4:30pm)

• Performing maintenance on heavy equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting heavy equipment using diagnostic tools and visual inspections
• Managing your team to ensure high quality service
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections completed, as well as resources used

• 3+ years working on heavy, off road, equipment
• Valid class 5 drivers license
• Working knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and OH&S requirements
• Strong attention to detail

• Valid Heavy-Duty Mechanic Ticket
