DESCRIPTION:Diversity and cultural differences are often seen as challenges to manage within our work environments. \n\n\n\nHowever\, they can also be valuable assets. The need for workers in the Canadian workplace will be met mostly through immigration.  This presentation outlines some of the challenges newcomers face in finding and maintaining employment\, as well as looking at strategies that employers can use when building a diverse workforce.
