    Kimberly Lyall is a dynamic speaker and award-winning consultant, who inspires people and changes lives.

    Born and raised in Lethbridge, Canada, at the age of 20 years she was given a special Blackfoot blessing "On the Trail of the Buffalo" which guides her journey in sharing lessons she's learned about purpose and personal power.

    Kimberly empowers people. She engages her audiences, forming deep connections while taking them on a journey about themselves. She has enthralled audiences around the world for more than 20 years, encouraging people to live courageously and fully.

    A visionary leader, Kimberly is known for ground-breaking actions that truly change the world. She uses her extensive experiences in social community development, tourism, economic development and history to encourage leadership and change. Kimberly has experienced incredible highs and lows, ranging from the tragic loss of an employee to suicide following theft, to the fantastic experience of receiving a Governor General’s Award. Supporting her spouse through life-saving surgeries, while also navigating the legal system to advocate for herself against a wrongful dismissal, exponentially tested her resolve. Through surviving many traumas, Kimberly has learned what it takes to rebuild and to thrive.

    Kimberly believes in the beauty of each day, and the ability we all have to create impact. Her message is of believing in yourself, making choices, and not taking no for an answer! From tears to laughter, Kimberly shares her trials and triumphs, and will have you cheering for all that your life can be.

    Sheila Musgrove, is the Founder of the award-winning 18-year old recruitment firm, TAG Recruitment and a best-selling author.

    She’s received numerous awards including the Alberta Venture ranking of Alberta’s fastest growing companies – TAG has appeared 6 times on the list.  Profit and Chatelaine rank Canada’s Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs – she’s appeared on the list 4 times.  Sheila was recognized by Red Deer College as their Distinguished Alumnus of the Year.  She received the “Global Influencer” award from the Universal Women’s Network for the global reach of “Hired!”

    Her third book, 2nd Edition, Hired!  How to Get The Zippy Gig.  Insider Secrets from A Top Recruiter. hit the Amazon Best-Seller ranks in just over 3 hours of being released!

    Her second book, “Unexpected Mentors.  Weird & Creative Ideas To Boost Your Career.”, was published in April, 2019.

    Sheila’s regularly interviewed as a resume and job-search expert on CTV Calgary, with appearances on CTV Ottawa & Vancouver, Global Morning Calgary, Breakfast Television (Calgary & Vancouver), CHCH in Hamilton, 660 & 770 radio & CBC’s Alberta at Noon. Canadian Living magazine profiled an article with her job search strategies.  She was honoured to be one of 13 Canadian women business owners to be profiled in a national ad campaign called #DriveDefinesHer for Porsche Canada.

    This is the second annual Women's Conference, hosted by the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Southern Alberta Women in Business!

    Join us as we dive into the issues of common hurdles and barriers in the workplace and challenges facing businesses as we emerge from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic across all industries and businesses. 

    Through a variety of sessions and activities, attendees will be instilled with various facets of wisdom and knowledge and be better equipped to acknowledge and face hurdles in the workplace and curate solutions. This conference caters to current and future women in business - wherever they are within their careers.
