    Select is assisting our industrial client find their next Controller. Their ideal candidate will have their CPA and enough experience under their belt to effectively manage finances for their large organization.
    Compensation & Hours:

    • The salary has yet to be determined
    • This is a fulltime, permanent position
    Position Summary:
    • Leading, coaching, and supervising the accounting team
    • Full scale accounting; accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee bonuses, month end, reconciliations, journal entries, taxes, etc.
    • Streamlining financial operations & implementing processes for improvement
    • Collaborating with management to develop and implement financial controls
    • Ensuring all processes and documentation are complete, on time, accurate, and in accordance with government standards and company policies
    • Generating analytical reports to assist in business decisions; product margin analysis, capital assessments, risks & opportunities
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • CPA Designation
    • 3+ years of previous experience in a Controller role
    • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel & Word knowledge
    • Friendly and positive attitude
    • Unrivaled attention to detail and problem solving abilities
    • Ability to hold people accountable in a professional manner
