This workshop will take you through the step-by-step process to establish the foundation for your Human Resources department. This process will involve taking a look how to establish proper procedures from your first hire to your 1000th employee. This will include looking at competency models, job analysis, job descriptions, selection/recruitment, training, and performance management. Participants will be involved with building this model throughout the workshop and will have the opportunity to test this in a scenario. This workshop is suitable for all skill levels.
